Please note that if you wish to make a purchase order it is mandatory for you to provide the personal data requested which is marked with an asterisk when making the order. This includes your name, e-mail address and phone number. In the event that you do not provide the mandatory personal data requested, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services that you require.
Your name, email address and any data relating to interests or preferences which you provide to us may also be used to provide you with information and offers about:

(i) events promoted on the Ticketflap website from time to time ("Events"); and
(ii) third party suppliers of tickets for such events (including without limitation venues, artists, promoters, event organisers and performers) ("Event Hosts"). This may include sharing your personal data with Event Hosts for use by them in direct marketing to you about their events and offers.

However, we will not use or share your personal data for such promotional information and offers without your consent. If you wish to receive such promotional material, please tick the box marked “I would like to get news and offers via email.”

You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of information held by us about you. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, please edit your member registration details through the My Account page on the Ticketflap website or contact us at contact@ticketflap.com.
We have the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request.
